Urgent Hiring - Assistant Professor (MBA/PGDM)

NIET is looking to hire young and dynamic academic professionals, who will be responsible for,

• Teaching & Learning: Deliver captivating classroom instruction on subject of management like Fintech, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Business Analytics, and Supply Chain Management etc. Collaborate on developing and refining the curriculum as per latest organizational requirement.
• Research & Development: Conduct research, secure funding for projects, and contribute to the advancement of the domain knowledge.
• Student Mentoring and Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, fostering their academic and professional growth.
• Learning Resource Development: Contribute to the creation of innovative learning materials and laboratories.
• Examination Work: Participation in examinations & academic work of the institute.
• Academic Audit: Involvement in academic audits like NAAC/NBA/IQAC
• Participation: Actively participate in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, including Faculty Development Programs (FDPs).

Education and Qualification-

MBA/PGDM with a minimum of 3 years of experience in academia (fresher with an exceptional academic record may also be considered). Ph.D. candidates are highly preferred.
