Role: Sales Assistant Manager

About the role:
We are looking for a result-driven assistant sales manager to be responsible for monitoring and
supervising a team of consultants to achieve the organizations objectives and increase sales. You will be responsible for guiding your team and inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team's potential.
Ideal candidate will have:
• Banking sales experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication skills (Tamil/Telugu & English)
• Extremely comfortable with cold outreaches and facing objections
• Go-getter attitude with a no-prisoner's approach
• Passionate about work, motivated for continuous learning and positive in approach
Specifically, this role will involve:
• Team Management
• Managing a team of 5-7 sales executives/ associates
• Responsible for sales targets of the reporting team
• Responsible for inputs adherence of team (call attempts, talk time, first response time, availability, attendance etc.)
• Responsible for growth of team through constructive feedback by listening to call recordings,
doing mock calls, identifying gaps and training needs
• Identifying ways and helping team to generate sales through unique customer communication, client engagement, offers etc.
• Daily check-ins with team every 1-2 hours to identify any challenges/ bottlenecks
• Collaborating with team leader to strategize way forward for achieving weekly/ monthly
targets
• Individual sales performance
• Representing Fitelo, being the first point of contact for our customers and the spokesperson
of our products
• Contacting potential customers to inform them about Fitelo's service offerings
• Building solid rapport, asking relevant questions to understand customer requirements, handling customer queries, suggesting appropriate packages and closing sales
• Entering and updating customer information in the database in sales CRM
• Keeping records of calls and making precise notes during sales conversations
• Refining the sales pitch continuously, helping and training other executives when needed

• Graduates & Post Graduates (any field) are welcome
