Senior Accountant - US Staffing & Recruitment

Requirements:

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in an accounting role with QuickBooks.
• A solid understanding of accrual-based accounting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well organized and thorough work practices.
• Attention to detail and able to complete work accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Strong Reconciliation experience, ability to apply split payments across invoices, ability to adjust AR's as necessary.
• Ability to record accounts payable for pending invoices
• Collections for past due accounts Expertise with QuickBooks.
• Perform Monthly Bank Account reconciliations.
• Prepare Monthly quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank accounts & Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation in a timely manner.
• Payroll Reconciliation experience (Preferably ADP)
• Additional experience in Audit and International accounting is a plus.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases.
• Work as per US eastern time (9.00am to 6.00pm Monday through Friday)
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Has invoicing knowledge, maintains records, and verify the invoices.
