We are looking for a determined and dedicated Associate Engineer for ProcessAutomation who can provide innovative solutions in complete life science andpharmaceutical projects. This also includes understanding the client s complexprocess facilities, with Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) regulatedrequirements for a pharmaceutical production facility. Our department consistsof dedicated engineers, specialized in different phases of the project includingConceptual Design, Basic Design, Detailed Design, Commissioning andQualification.
How you might spend your days
As an AssociateEngineer for Process Automation, youll be working with a motivated, multi-functionalteam where you ll be: Responsible for deliverables in a specific area of appropriate quality and time such as: Supporting development of functional specifications / design documents. DCS Application development based on programming standards and design guidelines. Development of HMI screens and documentation support. Testing and Verification to ensure that programming or coding is meeting functionality. Commissioning and Qualification to ensure that systems and equipment meet the requirements of end-users. Assisting lead/Sr. colleague on different tasks based on project phase.

We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role: Have a degree in engineering in Electronics/Instrumentation/ Electrical/Industrial Automation or similar technical field. Good working knowledge of 800xA system (Control Builder , Hardware/Software), other system libraries or any other DCS/PLC automation systems would be an added advantage. Good understanding of ISA S88 Batch process good engineering practice would be an added advantage. Have developed HMI / program and system hardware specifications. Knowledge of functional specifications (Control Module, EM and Phase class) for recipes would be an added advantage. FAT, SAT, IQ and OQ experience would be an added advantage
