Senior Accountant

• Review and Maintaining accounting of all group entities on TALLY/ any other software.
• Raising invoices and coordinating with clients for reconciliation of billing and receipts.
• Debtors follow up for recovery.
• Review/ Preparing vendor payment workings and ensuring timely payments.
• Journal/payment/contra/receipt entries in Tally.
• Preparing monthly TDS workings and payment of salary.
• Bank Reconciliations
• Preparing & Filing quarterly TDS returns.
• Preparing and filing of monthly GST returns.
• Preparing 26AS reconciliation statements.
• Preparing & filing income tax returns of all group entities.
• Reviewing and payment of conveyance of team members as per firms policies.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions and handle and banking correspondence.
• Maintain proper file of all mandate letters with proper index.
• Responsible for reviewing of tasks to be handled by junior accountant.
• Coordination with various partners of the firm for MIS reporting.
• Maintaining monthly MIS of financial activities of the firm.
