Architect

Architect with hands on experience in executing large scale projects from Concept design to GFC's with skills to lead a team, software knowledge and in depth knowledge of design and details.

Design and Planning:
Create conceptual designs for new buildings, renovations, or restorations
Develop floor plans, elevations, and sections that meet client needs and building codes
Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to generate detailed drawings and 3D models

Project Management and Collaboration:
Work with engineers, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure the project's feasibility
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors throughout the construction process
Manage budgets and timelines to keep the project on track

Client Communication and Legal Considerations:
Discuss project requirements and vision with clients
Present design proposals and obtain client approval
Prepare construction documents and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
