As a Luxury Sales Head, your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading and managing a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training and support.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to target high-end clientele and maximize sales opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with luxury property buyers, sellers and industry professionals.
- Overseeing the listing and marketing of luxury properties, ensuring they are presented in an appealing and professional manner.
- Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Negotiating and closing high-value property transactions, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for all parties involved.
- Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data and providing regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborating with marketing and advertising teams to create effective campaigns and promotional materials.
- Representing the company at industry events, networking functions and luxury property showcases.
10. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all real estate transactions.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Extensive experience in luxury sales, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in luxury brands/automobiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with high-end clientele.
- Leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate a team of sales professionals.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to handle high-value transactions.
- Minimum 5 years of team handling experience is mandatory.
- A master's degree in business, marketing or a related field may be preferred, but not always required.
- Any additional certifications or training in luxury brands or management can be advantageous.
Salary & Compensation: As per Industry Standard + Incentives, PF, Statutory Bonus, Medical Benefits & Travel
