Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Set clear performance expectations and goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Ensure timely response to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Acquire face-to-face appointments with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction.
- Use data visualization tools (e.g, Excel) to present insights effectively.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the team.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify potential opportunities.
- Address customer technical questions and concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of CRM systems
- Experience in customer support and sales

Qualification - PG in any stream
Experience - 2 - 4 years' experience in Customer Service function as a Quality Analyst/Process Trainer/Team Leader
Competencies :
Excellent verbal skills - English, Hindi and Kannada
Relevant digital exposure, hands on with MS office
