Role & responsibilities

1. Project Execution:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring project progress as per schedule

• Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring work quality aligns with standards and drawings.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion

2. Technical Oversight:

• Interpret and implement technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.

• Resolve technical issues and challenges that arise on-site.

3. Resource Management:

• Monitor and manage labor, materials, and equipment on-site.

• Ensure optimal utilization of resources to control project costs.

• Maintain site inventory and coordinate timely material deliveries.

4. Quality & Safety:

• Ensure all construction work meets quality standards and safety regulations.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks on-site.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain daily reports on project progress, site activities, and labor deployment.

• Prepare and submit project status reports to management.

• Document any changes or deviations from original plans.

6. Stakeholder Coordination:

• Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients to align project goals.

• Attend site meetings and provide updates on work progress and challenges.

• Address and resolve client concerns or feedback regarding site work.
