Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with preschool franchisees across the designated territory, ensuring their growth and success.
- Drive revenue through year-over-year enrollment growth and cross-selling of the company's products and services to maximize share of wallet from existing customers.
- Cultivate long-lasting relationships with franchisees by understanding their needs and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key franchisee needs and requirements to effectively address challenges and identify opportunities.
- Continuously propose innovative solutions that align with franchisee objectives, enhancing their business capabilities.
- To develop the insurance business in the assigned territory.
- Strategic planning for business development of insurance products across the geography in coordination with Regional Managers.
- Training of the Team on Products, Processes, and Policies as defined by the Head office.
- Relationship building with insurance companies and liasioning for various activities.
- Activity Planning, Execution, and overall management.
- Involvement in doing Business Opportunity Presentations for bringing new advisors into the business.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA or equivalent post-graduation degree.
- 7+ years of experience in franchise management, business development, or a related field, preferably in sectors like Telecom, Education, Banking, or Insurance
