Land Surveyor Engineer (High rise Residential experience preferred)

Job Responsibility : Conduct detailed land surveys using advanced surveying equipment and technology. Prepare and maintain accurate site plans, maps, and reports. Analyze survey data and prepare comprehensive survey reports. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility. Ensure compliance with zoning laws, land use regulations, and building codes. Perform boundary surveys and establish property lines. Provide technical guidance and support during the construction phase. Assist in resolving any survey-related issues that arise during project development. Maintain survey records and documentation for future reference. Stay updated on advancements in surveying technology and best practices.
