Job Title: Accounts Receivable Manager
Location: Ahmedabad, India
Reports To: Corporate Office, USA

Job Summary:
Nivagen Pharma (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager to lead the AR team while ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation. The AR Manager will work closely with the finance team in the USA to support cash flow management and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop the AR Team, ensuring efficient workflow and high performance.
• Oversee and ensure AR postings are completed on time, including reviewing and releasing purchase orders, ensuring shipments are invoiced, and payments are collected.
• Drive collection of delinquent customer balances while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Supervise and mentor direct report(s), including AR Specialist(s).
• Collaborate with the Corporate Office, USA, to align AR strategies with financial goals.
• Prepare and analyze AR reports, aging reports, and cash flow projections.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
• Improve and streamline AR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving the companys cash flow and financial health.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required).
• Proficiency in SAP Software.
• 10+ years of experience in Credit and Collections, Accounting, or Finance, with at least 4 years in a managerial role. High-volume experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working both collaboratively and autonomously.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mentality, high attention to detail, and demonstrated success in problem-solving.
