Job Description
NITYO INFOTECH is looking for Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders, to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce applications
- Your expertise in Salesforce development will contribute to the successful implementation and enhancement of the organization's Salesforce environment
- Responsibilities:Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions based on business requirements and best practices
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical recommendations and solutions
- Develop custom applications, workflows, triggers, and integrations using Salesforce technologies, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, scalability, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to configure and customize the platform, including user roles, profiles, permissions, and data models
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and tools, leveraging APIs, web services, and middleware platforms
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects, issues, and performance bottlenecks in Salesforce applications
- Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce platform updates, features, and best practices, and proactively apply them to drive continuous improvement
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior Salesforce developers, fostering their professional growth and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, quality assurance engineers, and system administrators, to ensure successful project delivery
- Stay updated on emerging Salesforce technologies, tools, and industry trends, and make recommendations for their adoption and implementation
- Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on custom application development
