Job Description
- Requirements:A Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (New Graduates (from IT) are welcome to apply as long as they speak good Mandarin)
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within the tech or software development industry
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies; a Scrum Product Owner certification (eg, CSPO, PSPO) is a plus
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin (Minimum HSK Level : 4)Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product lifecycle management (PLM)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other Agile project management platforms
- A strong user-focused mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements
