QA Automation Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Automation QA to join our team. As the Lead Automation QA, you will be responsible for leading and managing the automation testing efforts for our software products. You will work closely with the development team to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage the automation testing efforts for our software products.

-Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.

-Design, develop, and execute automated tests for functional, regression, and performance testing.

-Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software defects and issues.

-Conduct API test automation using tools such as Postman or RestAssured.

-Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

-Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements.

-Mentor and guide junior automation QA engineers.

-Stay up-to-date with the latest automation testing tools and technologies.

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience as a Lead Automation QA or similar role.

Strong proficiency in Java programming language.

Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver for web application automation.

Solid understanding of automation testing concepts and best practices.

-Experience with API test automation using tools such as Postman or RestAssured.

-Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes.

-Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

-Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
