Lead Engineer Dot Net Developer_Immediate To 15 Days_ Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced .NET & Angular lead the design and development of complex web applications using .NET framework and Angular technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the architectural vision, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

1. Define the architectural vision and roadmap for .NET and Angular-based web applications, considering scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

2. Lead the design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and best practices.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess technical feasibility, and propose innovative solutions.

4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, promoting coding standards, design patterns, and architectural guidelines.

5. Conduct code reviews and architecture assessments to ensure adherence to standards and identify areas for improvement.

6. Evaluate emerging technologies and tools, and make recommendations for their adoption to enhance development processes and productivity.

7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and enhance team efficiency.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in .NET and Angular technologies, and share knowledge with the team.

10. Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to deploy and maintain applications in production environments.

Candidate Profile

1. Proven experience as a .NET Developer and Angular Developer, with at least X years of experience in each.

2. Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.

3. Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex web applications using .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and Angular.

4. Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

5. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud computing concepts.

6. Experience with database design and development using SQL Server or other relational databases.

7. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and lead multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

1. Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

2. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).

3. Knowledge of software security best practices and experience in implementing secure coding techniques.
