R&D Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced R&D Executive/Senior Executive to join our Research and Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development and innovation of products or processes. The R&D Executive will play a key role in designing experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive advancements in our organization.Key Responsibilities:Design and execute experiments or research projects to develop new products, improve existing products, or enhance processes.Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on relevant advancements in the field.Analyze experimental data using statistical methods and present findings to the R&D team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, and product development teams, to achieve project goals.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and presentations on research findings and project progress.Assist in the development and optimization of research methodologies and protocols.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during research activities.Mentor and guide junior members of the R&D team.
