Job Description
- Set up Automation Studio workflows for data imports, exports, and recurring tasks.
- Monitor automations and troubleshoot issues when they arise.
- Create dynamic content and personalized messaging based on customer data.
- Set up and manage data extensions, segmentation, and filters.
- Ensure data is clean, secure, and integrated correctly from Salesforce or other sources.
- Analyze email and campaign performance using SFMC Analytics Builder.
- Provide reports and recommendations to improve campaign results.
What You Know:
- A minimum of 6-8 years of proven professional experience is required.
- Should have experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer.
- Sound knowledge of Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Analytics Builder, MY SQL, Ampscript, SSJS.
- Should be worked on HTML, CSS, and Ampscript to create and update HTML-based emails and landing pages.
- Should be Worked on various Email send methodologies as present in SFMC like User Initiated Sends, Triggered Sends, Guided sends.
- Must be worked on data views to populate the customer tracking information.
- Writing SQL queries and generating reports.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.
