Job Description
- Create, maintain, and Execute test cases (manual/automated) and document test results.
- Identify, report, and track software defects using tools like Jira. Participate in defect triage and Scrum meetings.
- Work closely with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure software meets specified requirements.
- Programming experience with any Java, Python, or other shell scripting languages.
- Develop skills in automation testing for web-based applications.
- Analyze, review, and provide feedback on high-level business requirements.
- Utilize various testing techniques such as functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of software testing experience, ideally in a technical environment
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and QA processes
- Knowledge of SQL, OOP languages (Java preferred), and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl).
- Proactiveness and independence.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor s degree from an accredited college in technical discipline (e.g., Electrical, Electronic, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering) or equivalent discipline (e.g., math, physics, chemistry)
