Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Quality Assurance engineer, you will perform software testing tasks as a testing resource along with managing the execution of test efforts, implements test automation strategy, communicates on status, issues, objectives and initiatives. Strives to continually learn and understand latest software testing methodologies and tools to ensure a high level of expertise.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent combination of technical education and experience
• 2 to 5 years of industry experience in automation testing (Selenium, Rest Assured)
• Strong knowledge & practical experience in using test design techniques and software testing.
• Strong Knowledge/practical experience of working in Agile projects.
• Experience in end-to-end testing of applications as well as system software applications on Windows (Additionally on Linux or Unix operating systems preferred)
• Installation/configuration/administration skills of one or more of Windows, Unix, Linux Operating systems
• Automation: Exposure to scripting languages - Python, Perl, Shell, or programming languages like C/C++/Java
• Desirable: Exposure to Databases like Oracle, Sybase, MS-SQL
