1. Manage the New project Activity Start to end

• New model introduction training to Genba team.
• LLR, RFNM, Market concern Study & Input to be given in Digital phase to Design team.
• Change Content Training & Skill Development.
• Facility / capacity requirement register and follow up for implementation
• Check Sheet (Weight & dimension, Spec, Elec, PD sheet) Validation & approval.
• QCP Schedule & Completion Based on PA note of each milestone.
• Inspection standard preparation for Unique / change content
• Ensuring Project Capitalization (LLR,RFNM,MARKET CONCERN) CM validation
• Perform time study for New process & inspection addition,
• Each milestone QCP Activity Concern C/M follow up & receiving Validation & Genba.
• Sakanobori items confirmation ( If required)

System Tools

• New Features training to all the employees.
• Software tools /quality digital tool experience
• Concern in QCP Inspection & Aves C/M Follow Up & Validation
• New Process implementation – Explanation to team & Implementation.
• Capitalisation of new requirement – Follow up with team explanation with requirement.
• Driving skill -able to perform drive test to secure the quality & c/m drive

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

1. QC Plan Completion ( 100% Inspection Line )

• Quality Assurance activities @ Tester Line
• Carryout Inspection & Tester Line Operations as per Inspection Standard & GIS
• Training of team members & New Joinee about Tester Line operations

1. Validation of Process and Product Inspection.

• Tester Line Equipments Wheel Alignment & HL Aiming Free Roller, Brake Tester, TAS, AC Leak detector handling, use & autonomous maintenance activities

1. Training and Development of Team Members

• Training the team Members for the basic knowledge about the Tester Line Process and Importance of Key Points.
• Training to Team Members to Improve the Skill in Inspection of Tester Line Process

( Wheel Alignment , HL Aiming , Free Roller , Brake Tester etc .)

• Continuous Coaching to Team Members to develop Skill in Measurements.
• Preparation of SOS for all Measuring Equipment’s and Training to Team Members.

1. Tester Line V1& Repeated V1/QIB Concerns Analysis & DPHU reduction activities drive.

Drive PDCA to reduce Tester Line V1 Concerns and QIB Concerns analysis & Countermeasure action Drive

Raising PCR & Drive for Closing the PCR with Countermeasure effectiveness confirmation
