Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research to generate leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue.
  • Follow up with clients and maintain customer relationships.
  • Assist in daily administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, maintaining records, and managing office supplies.
  • Coordinate with customers for order processing and delivery updates.
  • Basic email correspondence and data entry tasks.
  • Support overall office operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-3 years of experience in Administrative work and B2C Sales.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and administrative functions.
