Identify non-conformities and deviations in construction processes and develop effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure timely implementation of corrective actions, track progress, and ensure effective resolution of quality-related issues.
Monitor Subcontractor Performance:
Oversee and assess the quality of work performed by subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they comply with project specifications and standards.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure their quality practices meet company expectations.
Training & Awareness:
Develop and conduct training sessions for employees and contractors on quality management principles, audit practices, and project-specific quality requirements.
Promote a culture of quality throughout the organization by fostering awareness and understanding of the QMS among staff at all levels.
Documentation & Reporting:
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality control procedures, audit findings, inspection results, and corrective actions.
Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance to senior management, highlighting key metrics, issues, and improvement activities.
Risk Management & Continuous Improvement:
Identify potential risks related to quality, safety, and compliance and develop strategies to mitigate these risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuously assess and improve internal processes to enhance project quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Customer & Stakeholder Liaison:
Work with customers, architects, and consultants to ensure quality specifications are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Address quality concerns raised by customers, contractors, and stakeholders, providing solutions and feedback as necessary.
