Job Description
NIPSTec is looking for Counsellor to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing support and guidance to clients
Conduct assessments to identify client issues and develop treatment plansProvide support and guidance to clients through ongoing counselling sessions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsMaintain accurate records of client sessions and progress towards treatment goals
