Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing and Recruitment:
  
• Utilize multiple platforms (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract high-quality candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Engage with passive candidates and create strategies to keep them interested in future opportunities.
• Screening and Interviewing:
  
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, job requirements, and team culture.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on candidate selection and market trends.
• Job Descriptions and Postings:
  
• Develop accurate and compelling job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
• Post job openings on appropriate platforms and internal systems.
• Employer Branding:
  
• Promote the company's employer brand and ensure the recruitment process aligns with company culture and values.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and other recruiting opportunities.
• Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
  
• Extend job offers and negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms with selected candidates.
• Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Data and Reporting:
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.
• Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and recommend improvements.
