Job Title: Store Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-oriented and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our FMCG store. The ideal candidate must have experience in retail management, preferably in the FMCG sector, and possess strong leadership skills to drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure smooth store functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive sales targets through excellent customer service and in-store execution.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory control, minimizing stock-outs and wastage.
• Supervise daily cash handling, billing operations, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Ensure timely ordering and replenishment of stock as per demand trends.
• Lead and train a team of sales staff to deliver a high standard of performance.
• Maintain visual merchandising, shelf hygiene, and FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
• Implement promotions and pricing strategies as per company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and report to the regional team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 35 years of experience in retail/FMCG store management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and store operations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems and basic accounting.
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with FMCG brands/products (food, beverages, personal care, household, etc.).
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and foster a customer-first culture.
• Understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
