Gen AI Developer

Bot Development:

• Develop and deploy conversational AI solutions (e.g., chatbots, virtual assistants) using frameworks such as Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, or Rasa.

• Build custom bots that leverage AI capabilities (e.g., NLP, sentiment analysis) to improve user experience.

• Continuously monitor, test, and optimize bot performance and responses based on user interactions.

Backend Service Development:

• Utilize backend technologies such as Node.js (or similar frameworks) to design and build robust backend services that integrate with AI services.

• Create APIs and microservices to enable seamless consumption of AI services within applications.

• Configure and manage API endpoints, handling authentication, permissions, and data security.

Performance Optimization:

• Optimize backend performance, ensuring low latency, high scalability, and reliability when consuming AI services.

• Troubleshoot, monitor and enhance system performance based on usage patterns and feedback.

Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (data scientists, product managers, frontend/back-end engineers) to integrate AI solutions effectively.

• Document technical details, API integrations, and implementation guides for AI services and bots.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in AI development, with a strong focus on consuming cloud-based AI services with backend experience.

• Hands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services.

• Experience with bot frameworks like Microsoft Bot Framework, Google Dialogflow, or Rasa.

• Strong understanding of backend technologies (e.g., Python, Node.js) for AI and bot integrations and consumption.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on user experience and performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices for AI solutions, including CI/CD, version control, and containerization (Docker).

• Experience with NLP libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK) and chatbot tools (e.g., Botpress).
