Responsibilities:
- To receive inbound calls and counseling engineer aspirants.
- To do outbound calls as per the leads received from support teams.
- To counsel prospective students on telephone/IVRs/Online.
- To escalate the prospects/queries, if required on time.
- To manage front office desk by resolving student s face to face queries, if required.
- To participate in organizational public relations, promotional events indoor/outdoor at the time of organizational need.
Competencies :
- Command on verbal/Written English communication skills
- Telephone handling skills Voice/Tone/Pitch/Timely Information
- Pursuasive skills, Multitasker.
- Adaptable, flexible and fast learner.
- Self-motivated, High Integrity, Independent & Outside the BOX thinker.
Educational Qualifications :
- Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience :
- 0 - 3 years of experience in Tele-Counselling
- Preference to experience in IT & Education (EdTech) industry
