AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.
• Analyze and preprocess large datasets to extract valuable insights.
• Ability to evaluate and choose appropriate AI/ML models or algorithms for different projects based on data understanding.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code to build and deploy ML models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into existing applications and systems.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed models, ensuring they meet required accuracy and efficiency standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
• Work with tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and others as needed.
• Implement and manage the deployment of AI/ML applications in production environments.
• Utilize transformers and large language models (LLMs) for tasks such as summarization and text analysis.
• Develop and implement generative AI solutions using LLMs.
• Design and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing and analysis.
• Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Engage in prompt engineering to enhance the performance and accuracy of LLM-based applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML.
• Proficient in Python programming with strong coding skills.
• Solid understanding of various machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Proven experience in data analysis and preprocessing.
• Knowledge of deploying AI/ML applications and monitoring their performance.
• Experience with popular ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with LLMs, Transformers for tasks like summarization, Classification, Generative text is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying ML models.
• Understanding of MLOps practices and tools.
• Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision projects.
• Knowledge of big data technologies and tools.
• Experience with generative AI and LLMs.
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining data pipelines.
• Experience with RAG pipelines and prompt engineering.
