Senior Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap (5-7 yrs)

Role : Product Manager, Research Platform

About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager (4yrs+) to lead the development and scaling of our cutting-edge research platform.

This role is pivotal in driving innovation, enhancing user experience, and maximizing the platform's impact. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of research methodologies, data science, and product management principles.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, marketing and sales to deliver a world-class platform that empowers our clients to uncover groundbreaking insights.

Responsibilities :

Product Strategy :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall vision.

- Define the product roadmap, priorities features, and set clear product goals.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

Product Development :

- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.

- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch support.

- Ensure the platform meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and security.

User Experience :

- Drive user-centric design and prioritize user needs throughout the product development process.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform product decisions.

- Optimize the user interface and user experience to enhance usability and adoption.

Data and Analytics :

- Leverage data analytics to measure product performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.

- Work with data scientists to develop advanced analytics capabilities and machine learning models.

- Monitor key metrics and track product performance against established goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various teams, including engineering, design, data science, sales, and marketing.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and efficient execution.

- Resolve conflicts and negotiate priorities to drive product success.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a research industry domain

- Proven track record of building and scaling successful research platforms.

- Deep understanding of research methodologies, data science techniques, and machine learning.

- Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with agile methodologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud-based platforms and infrastructure.

- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.

- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
