The Supply Chain Data Analyst will be based in Hyderabad, India . In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain COE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing data visualization solutions using Power BI and automating complex processes in Excel using VBA . Here is a glimpse of what you ll do:
Data Capture
Understand the organizational reporting requirements and propose configuration solutions that meet these
Proactively work with Sourcing team, other teams in the organization as needed and Senior Management team to ensure that information provision is tailored to their priorities and supports their decision-making requirements.
Power BI Development:
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize complex data sets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights through data visualization.
Excel VBA Automation:
Develop advanced Excel VBA macros and scripts to automate manual processes, increase efficiency, and ensure data accuracy.
Optimize existing Excel VBA solutions for performance and scalability.
Data Analysis:
Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and other tools to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
Identify trends, patterns, and outliers to support data-driven decision-making.
Documentation and Training:
Document Power BI reports, Excel VBA scripts, and data analysis processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI usage and Excel VBA best practices.
Here is some of what you ll need (required)
Bachelor s Degree/Master s degree with 5 years of relevant experience in plan/design process improvements and automation, including a quantitative description of benefits/KPIs in Supply Chain Management, /Material Planning/Procurement domain.
Experience working in Business Process Analysis/ Business Process Management projects in Supply chain Sourcing domain with strong in concepts such as process waste, lean background, general processes
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Knowing how to use formulas in Excel is required. VBA macro skills is required.
Knowledge of SQL and PowerBI or other BI tools is preferred.
