Job Description

Job Title: Telecalling Executive (EdTech & ERP Solutions)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Telecalling Executive to support our sales team in driving revenue through outbound calls and lead generation for digital content and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will connect with educational institutions, understand their requirements, and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team. This role is focused on telephonic communication, lead qualification, and follow-ups to nurture potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation:

    • Make high-volume outbound calls to schools, educational institutions, and decision-makers.
    • Qualify potential leads and schedule product demos for the sales team.
    • Follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture leads through regular communication.
    • Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM tools.
  2. Product Awareness & Pitching:

    • Clearly communicate the features and benefits of digital learning content & ERP solutions.
    • Identify customer pain points and position the product accordingly.
    • Share marketing materials and assist in handling initial queries.
  3. Follow-ups & Engagement:

    • Regularly follow up with interested leads to move them through the sales funnel.
    • Handle objections, provide relevant information, and maintain a positive customer experience.
  4. Collaboration & Reporting:

    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
    • Provide daily/weekly updates on lead status, call outcomes, and conversion progress.
    • Assist in coordinating online demos and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation (EdTech/SaaS/ERP preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a professional tone.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Strong persuasion & negotiation skills to engage prospects effectively.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to meet daily/weekly targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or ERP sales.
  • Familiarity with education sector operations.

Exposure to online sales presentations and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams).
