Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex Classes, Triggers, and Batch processes.

- Build scalable and efficient Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

- Develop and maintain customized Salesforce applications tailored to business needs in Sales and Service Cloud.

- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and APIs.

- Configure and utilize Einstein Analytics to deliver actionable insights and business intelligence.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, including proper coding standards, testing, and debugging.

- Work with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to enhance user interfaces and experiences.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce performance and functionality.

- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Hands on experience in service cloud at least 2 years

- Salesforce Development Expertise : Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.

- Salesforce Clouds : In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality.

- Einstein Analytics : Experience in implementing dashboards and insights using Salesforce Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM.

- Front-End Development : Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Integration Knowledge : Familiarity with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and third-party integrations.

- Certifications : Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Platform Developer I or II) preferred.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Collaboration : Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Field Service Lightning (FSL).

- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools like Git, Copado, or Gearset.

- Familiarity with data migration tools like Data Loader or MuleSoft.
