Job Title: Senior Functional Consultant - Finance (Dynamics AX 2012 & D365 F&O)
Experience: 8-10 Years

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant - Finance with in-depth expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). The ideal candidate will have a strong functional understanding of finance modules and proven experience in full-cycle implementations, support, and integrations within the Dynamics ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementations and support projects for Finance modules in AX 2012 and D365 F&O.
- Demonstrate excellent command over General Ledger, Project Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Accounting, Cash and Bank Management, and Fixed Assets modules.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define processes, and design solutions aligned to business needs.
- Develop functional documentation, including business process flows, functional requirements, gap-fit analysis, and test cases.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing expert guidance and collaborating with Project Managers and Service Management teams as necessary.
- Identify and define business requirements for technical solutions, customizations, or workarounds when required.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper delivery of customizations, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Drive user training, UAT, and post-go-live support activities.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of Trade & Logistics (T&L) or Production modules (added advantage).
- Provide expertise in integrating third-party applications with Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Stay updated on latest Dynamics 365 F&O releases, features, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of functional experience with Finance modules in AX 2012 and D365 F&O.
- At least 5+ years of hands-on implementation and support experience.
- Completed at least 3 full-cycle implementations in D365 F&O.
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance and accounting, and ability to map them effectively within Dynamics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Microsoft certification in D365 F&O Finance is a plus.
