As an Academic Interviewer Intern at Newton School of Technology, you will interview potential candidates for our programs. Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting technical and behavioral interviews for candidates.
Evaluate candidates coding, problem-solving, technical, and mathematical skills based on predefined criteria.
Provide structured feedback for candidates to help the admissions team review their candidature for the programs.
Support the admissions team by coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.
Learn and implement best practices in interviewing and candidate evaluation.
Collaborate with mentors to refine the interview process and ensure fair assessments.
Requirements:
Pursuing or Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field from a Tier-1 Engineering College.
Basic knowledge of Coding, Data Structures & Algorithms, Problem-Solving Techniques, and Mathematical Concepts is needed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in learning about interview processes and talent evaluation.
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with online coding platforms and virtual interviewing products is a plus.
