Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Community Management Intern to help build and engage a positive community. You ll monitor interactions, respond to user inquiries, and collaborate with teams to improve user experience and engagement. Your role will be key in maintaining a welcoming and active environment for all members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with students on community platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.) to foster interaction and engagement.
- Track each community message to review and moderate content in the community.
- Ideate and share content such as blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events like webinars, guest talks, and hackathons.
- Collect feedback from students to help improve courses and overall experience.
- Provide real-time assistance to students for platform-related queries.
- Track and report on community metrics (growth, engagement, event participation).
- Represent Newton School of Technology s values and brand in the online community.
Key Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for community engagement and relationship-building.
Familiarity with social media platforms and community tools.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
