Role & responsibilities

• Undertaking entire VMC & HMC machine setups, from an empty machine to an approved 1st off component.
• Strong knowledge in vmc & hmc programming.
• Programming and set up VMC to complete new product/different functions
• Change the tooling of the VMC machine
• Understand of drawing study most important
• High Program knowledge (with G Code & M Code)
• Stteing Procedure
• Preventive Maintenance for Machine Knowledge
• Operator Handling Capacity
• Production Report Monitering
• Collect Shift Communication from start to end
• Strong Knowledge about 5S
• Attend Daily review meeting with operator
• Storg Knowledge about Machine Front Panel Board Deatails
