We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for both mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

User Interface Design

• Create intuitive, visually compelling, and highly usable UI designs for mobile (iOS & Android) and web applications.

• Design responsive layouts and interactive prototypes that enhance the user experience.

• Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines, typography, and design patterns.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate user needs into elegant UI solutions.

• Participate in design sprints, brainstorming sessions, and team meetings to discuss design challenges and solutions.

• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.

Prototyping & Wireframing

• Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma,

• Conduct A/B testing and iterate based on user feedback and data insights.

Design Systems & Guidelines

• Maintain and evolve design systems and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across products.

• Keep up with the latest design trends, UI frameworks, and best practices in mobile and web app design.

Usability & Accessibility

• Ensure all designs follow accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and best practices.

• Collaborate with the UX research team to conduct usability testing and incorporate findings into design iterations.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2-6 years of UI design experience for mobile and web applications.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.

• Strong understanding of mobile UI guidelines (Material Design for Android, Human Interface Guidelines for iOS).

• Experience in HTML, CSS, and basic front-end frameworks (not mandatory but a plus).

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for design trends, innovation, and user-centered design.
