Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop new products in Machining Area, including APQP (Advanced Product Quality
Planning) as per customer Requirement. - Knowledge of CNC, VNC & lathe Machining set up and Jigs & Fixture Designing & CNC
Programming. - Understand and prepare PPAP documents and SOP as per customer requirement.
- Knowledge of Machining/Tools/Gauges & Instruments of Components as per Drawing for
Vendor Development. - Expertise in drawing reading, layout inspection related Report & Cycle time Calculation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Knowledge of CNC, VNC & lathe Machine Programing.
- Communication & Analytical Skill.
- Vendor Development.
- Excellent in problem solving Skils with attention to details.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of Designing Software ( Solid works).
