Sales Operation Assistant

About Us:

We are a dynamic Sales team from Ukraine operating in India, dedicated to selling our popular energy drink brands, NonStop and Drive.

We are currently looking for a talented Sales Operation Assistant to join our team.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of PC, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;

- Preferably knowledge of Sales Pepup;

- Experience in creating trade marketing reports.

Responsibilities:

- Document management (contracts, invoices);

- Preparation of sales performance reports (trade marketing reports);

- Development of sales reports;

- Administration of accounting system directories;

- Internal and external data analysis;

- Working with the Sales Pepup program (reports on the sales team with GPS tracking and store visits).
