Machine repair and maintenance Engineer

1. Receiving customer calls and getting the first- hand information regarding the issues faced by the customer.

2. Schedule and attend service visit and finish the work in timely manner.

3. Being aware of safety precautions to be considered.

4. Following the guidelines provided by the customer at site.

5. Perform service work in compliance with terms and conditions.

6. Take part effectively to create a teamwork environment.

7. Enhance the skills towards problem solving and decision making.

8. Handling the machine parts carefully.

9. Giving training to the operator as when needed

10. Improve quality and speed of the work on continuous basis.

1. Generating AMC's
2. Meeting the service targets (revenue, new AMCs, spares sales, etc)
3. Co-ordination with Sales and marketing team.

Technical / Professional

Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, hydro-pneumatics, servo motors etc
