Job Title: Network Specialist CISCO DNAC/ISE

We are actively looking for Network Specialist who are having in depth knowledge in Network Routing and Switching domain and strong understanding TCP/IP Stack. A team player who can work dedicatedly with junior folks, troubleshooting and guiding them in their day-to-day activities. Must have strong implementation and operational skills with architecting.

JOB DESCRIPTION

CISCO DNA(Digital Network Architecture Center):

1. Looking for Implementation, Managing and troubleshooting experience

2. Cisco DNA center installation, Onboarding of Cisco Switches, Wireless access points into Cisco DNA, Routing, Switching.

3. Integration (Cisco ISE, AD, DNS, DHCP, SIEM.

4. Experience in Design followed by implementation, Troubleshooting, Platform troubleshooting, Connectivity issues, responding to incidents & alerts.

5. Looking for network administrators.

Cisco ISE(Identity Service Engine):

1. Managing and troubleshooting Cisco ISE (Distribute mode) Component

2. Implementation (Cisco ISE installation-PAN, PSN & monitoring, onboarding of CISCO switches, Wireless access points into Cisco ISE, Switching

3. Integration (CICSO DNAC, AD, DNS, DHCP, SIEM), 802.1x authentication & Authorization (NAC) profiling, posture checks

4. Good to have TrustSec experience (technology), But not Mandatory.

6. Looking for Designing experience, followed by implementation, Troubleshooting, Platform TS, Connectivity issues, responding to incidents & alters.

7. Looking for Network Engineer level

Job Description:

• Work on the Design, Implementation & Operation aspects related to Cisco DNA and Cisco ISE
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Cisco DNA solutions to modernize and optimize the network architecture
• Deploy, configure and manage Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) to enhance network security and enforce access policies
• Utilize Cisco DNA automation capabilities to streamline network operations, ensuring scalability, efficiency and adherence to industry best practices
• Implement and manage access control policies using Cisco ISE, ensuring a robust and secure network environment.
• Provide support for network-related issues, perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot problems related to Cisco DNA and ISE.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective network solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures
• Ensure network security compliance by regularly auditing and updating policies in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct capacity planning exercises to anticipate future network needs and implement scalable solutions using Cisco DNA
• Understanding and leveraging various product capabilities across the gamut of Network Security to best serve the needs
• Identify and recommend operational improvements to the client, drawing on deep experience and industry specific knowledge of risks
• Analyze complex issues to determine client impact and to suggest alternative solutions based on client needs and objectives
• Manage and grow client relationships (Develop Trusted Advisor status)
• Maintain a solid understanding of the clients culture, environment (people, process, technology), goals, and security initiatives and communicate all to the engagement team
• Responsible for on time delivery and quality of all in scope deliverables
• Manage any in scope solution projects (integration/ implementations)
• Manage appropriate engagement management reporting on a periodic basis
• Manage communications with vendors, 3rd party service providers, leadership, and client personnel
• Demonstrate ability to manage and motivate multiple project teams in multiple geo-locations

Qualifications Required:

• 7+ years of relevant experience on Network Security technologies with at least 2 years of experience designing, building and managing Cisco DNA and Cisco ISE
• Hands-on experience on Cisco DNA and Cisco ISE is mandatory.
• Prior experience of managing teams, building client proposals, leading multiple client delivery projects
• Deep understanding of commonly used network protocols and technologies including but not limited to STP, 802.1X, NAC, VXLAN, etc.
• Created process documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and runbooks for managing day-to-day operations

• Coordination and collaboration with multiple vendors for existing on-going issues and for new upcoming technology enhancements
• Demonstrated ability to identify and address internal and external client needs, including:

• Able to build solid, trust - based relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal/communication, presentation, and writing skills

Preferred:

• Cisco certifications such as CCNP, CCIE or specialized certifications in DNA and ISE
• Proven experience in designing, implementing and supporting Cisco DNA and Cisco ISE solutions
• Experience with other Cisco technologies such as SD-WAN and Catalyst switches
• Familiarity with Cloud networking solutions
• Knowledge of network automation tools and scripting languages a plus not mandatory
