Skills required:
1. Relevant work experience in dealing with carbide cutting tool
2. Good in Communication, Confident, positive attitude, convincing skills, ability to build interpersonal relationship
3. Must have strong hands-on Presentation, Projection, Planning & Coordination, Negotiation skills, and dealing with customers & Consultative Sales Skills.
4. Excellent in Follow-up by call, mail or other mediums.
5. Focus on relationship building with the clients & maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
6. Strengthening & expanding the distribution network.
7. Good knowledge about preparation of reports & databases. Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
8. Good to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes tasks, and consistently meets deadlines.
Job Roles:
1. Responsible to achieve sales target set by the company for new business development & perform all prescribed sales activities related to product in the assigned area.
2. Provide assistance in budget planning & coordinating for promotional events OR campaigns.
3. Monitor competitor s strategies, price mapping, advantage-based-positioning, market size, organized & unorganized market.
4. Preparing monthly field plan for developing & managing customers (new as well as existing) to sales and collection.
5. Enhance market penetration by developing & managing network of retailers, dealers, distributors, franchises to achieve business growth.
6. Develop a good knowledge about the product-in-line with the market, like their demand, competition & rates.
7. Developing sound business relationships with customers with a professional approach.
8. Continuously monitor the pricing patterns within the market, checking the prices of the desired products regularly with respect to their competitiveness and value as perceived by the customers.
9. Maintain coordination & submit sales reports and forecasts reports to RSM/Management on regular interval basis.
10. Preparing sales plans / projections and submitting reports on a time basis (Monthly / Quarterly/ Annual).
11. Demonstrate strong sense of professional conduct and ethical behaviour with all customers and team members.
12. Focus on business development through assigned area markets (defined geographies) and building the brand of the company in that market.
