Job Description


We are looking for a smart and dedicated business development executive. The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating closely with the sales and research teams. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for technology and the ability to communicate value to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential clients through various channels, including industry networks, market research, and digital platforms. Qualify leads and create a strong pipeline of prospective business.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations, understanding their needs and aligning them with solutions.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Develop customized sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate value propositions in the AI and automation sectors.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes to identify opportunities for growth and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the research, product development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging, product offerings, and client requirements.
  • Sales Strategy and Target Achievement: Develop and execute business development strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM, providing regular updates to the Director of Sales.
  • Direct client meet: Meetings are both inside and outside the office times, so vehicle is necessary
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, ideally in a technology-focused industry.
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, or similar technologies, with the ability to learn and communicate complex solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
