Job Description
Location: Mumbai | CTC: 2 to 4 LPA Accounts Executive for a leading Wellness Brand NetSysCon Consulting
We are looking for an Accounts Executive for a Series A Funded D2C Wellness Brand.
Job Profile:
- Systematically manage all the data required for accounts, tax and reporting purposes.
- Prepare E-invoices for B2B orders
- Working closely with accounts team to ensure proper weekly updating of books
- Coordinating with major Vendors for month end balance confirmations.
- Assisting with Statutory Audit Due diligence to be conducted by Big 4.
- Processing weekly Vendor payouts.
- Assisting in drafting finance and accounts related SOPs.
- Preparing workings for monthly tax compliance.
- 2+ years experience in accounts and tax (GST, TDS, PF and PT)
- Strong with accounting principles and a pro in excel
- Tech Savvy and Strong analytical skills wrt to flow of information
- Continuous Learning attitude
- Good with basic written and verbal communications
- Prior experience in E.commerce will be an added advantage
- Passionate to work in startups and comfortable with ambiguity
