Job Description
Shop floor management
Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to labor
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Oversee and coach employees
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
Submit reports on performance and progress
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Any Graduate
Min 5 years experience in production
Must have prior experience as a production incharge
Should be proficient in handling labor and individual department to ensure completion of daily production targets. Will be positioned at shop floor
