Retentions Marketing Manager for a D2C Wellness Brand Location: Mumbai | CTC: 15-18 LPA Retentions Marketing Manager for a D2C Wellness Brand NetSysCon Consulting

We are looking for a Retentions Marketing Manager for a series A funded D2C Wellness Brand.

Reports to- GM Marketing

Job Profile:

Retention Marketing
Setup campaigns in marketing automation tools like WebEngage, Netcore, Optimove
Automate communication sequences using Email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications

Strategy Execution
Generate revenue through repeat purchases, cross-sell, upsell to online customers
Setup rule-based customer journeys for e-commerce customers

Analytics
Nurture B2C customer base using monthly cohorts analysis
Segment retain customers using RFM analysis
Intuition data-driven approach to analyze consumer behavior and drive actions
Analyze transaction data, curate consumer insights to retarget across channels, products
Analyze campaign website transaction data to build consumer journey

Requirements:
5+ years experience in B2C ecommerce, SaaS, digital analytics companies
Deep expertise in customer retention, loyalty, app engagement, repeat purchases (mandatory)
Strong analytical mindset with data driven decision making
Highly digital tools savvy to drive performance
