What s in it for you

The Netskope Private Access (NPA) team is a cross-functional group of talented engineers responsible for the end-to-end development of NPA. As a member of this team you will play an integral part in the continuing development and evolution of this cloud-native service.

What you will be doing

• Evaluate and utilize emerging technologies to build a high performance and scalable system
• Work with other engineering teams and product management to understand and define requirements
• Develop various services and drive design discussions, publish usage wiki s for engineering, develop, deploy and maintain the services.
• Work with Support, Application Development and Product Management teams to develop, maintain and scale the services.

Required skills and experience

• 8+ years of experience developing products for the enterprise market
• Programming expertise in Python
• Experience in programming with Ruby On Rails a plus
• Experience in programming with Golang a plus
• Experience building scalable cloud solutions
• Experience with developing APIs
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing
• Experience in designing and building distributed systems including integration with Kafka, Pubsub, distributed databases, in-mem cache
• Experience or exposure in test driven development
• Strong analytical, programming and troubleshooting skills

Education

• BSCS or equivalent required, MSCS or equivalent strongly preferred
