Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive / Sales Manager with experience in selling CRM solutions to real estate brokers, agencies, and property consultants. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, an understanding of the real estate industry, and the ability to communicate the value of our CRM in lead management, deal tracking, and customer relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify real estate brokers, agencies, and property consultants as potential clients.

  • Conduct cold calling, networking, and online outreach to generate leads.
  • Understand customer requirements and demonstrate how our Real Estate CRM can optimize their sales and operations.
  • Present sales pitches, product demos, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention and referrals.
  • Stay updated on real estate industry trends and CRM advancements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Work closely with the technical team to understand CRM features, customizations, and integration capabilities.
  • Provide basic technical insights on CRM functionalities, including lead automation, API integrations, data security, and reporting tools.

Requirements:
2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in software sales, CRM sales, or the real estate sector.

  • Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes, lead management, and brokerage operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a sales team.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of CRM architecture, cloud-based solutions, and software integrations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in selling CRM solutions or real estate tech products.

  • Preferably female candidates.
  • Strong network in the real estate industry.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical features such as API integrations, automation workflows, and data analytics.
