Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Planning Design: Lead the design and planning phases for infrastructure projects, including stormwater management, drainage systems, and site layouts.
Project Management Scheduling: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Structural Analysis Construction Management: Perform structural analyses, supervise construction phases, and collaborate with contractors and field teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
Environmental Assessment Compliance: Conduct environmental impact assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Cost Estimation Budgeting: Develop accurate cost estimates and budget plans, continuously monitoring expenses to avoid cost overruns.
Surveying Field Inspections: Oversee site surveys, field inspections, and data collection to support project development and ensure precision in design and construction.
Safety Risk Management: Identify potential risks, enforce safety protocols, and proactively address issues to maintain a safe work environment.
Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, providing regular updates and presenting technical insights effectively.
Team Leadership Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring strong communication, guidance, and alignment on project goals.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for detailed design work.
Stormwater Drainage Design: Expertise in stormwater management and drainage system design.
Infrastructure Site Planning: In-depth knowledge of land development, site planning, and infrastructure planning principles.
